GE-MODEL ELECTRIC BOILERS "Space and Installation Savers"

 

Built to the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineer's) Boiler Code, Listed to UL/ANSI Standards. The Pressure vessels are sized for best performance and are easy to maintain.

 

The GE boiler/generator is complete, ready to operate. Controls feature Hi-limit pressure control with manual reset, Steam pressure gauge, ASME safety valve, operating pressure control, water gauge-glass, control switch with light indicator, magnetic Contactors and Stainless Steel/Incoloy flanged heating elements. Heating Power: 208, 240, 480 Volts.- Operating controls: 120 Volts for extra safety.  (other voltages are available)

 

All models are available with Compact mounting:"ComPac", assembled with return system and blowdown tank and optional automatic blowoff system and blowoff aftercoolers.

Skid Mounts 24x36" 12 thru. 36 kw and 32 x 36" for 40 thru. 120 kw.

 

MiniPac: Boiler 12 thru 36 kWh solenoid feed with blowoff-baffle tank combination for Pressing/Tailor's alteration rooms, 80PSI operating. 16"x 36"Skid (Fits under Pressing machine)

 

MED OPTION: Boiler 12 thru 36 kWh solenoid & pump feed; 80PSI operating; Specially designed for medical sterilizers built-in models (AMSCO-CASTLE); steel std. or clean steam all-stainless steel.

 

Standard Pressures: Steam 15, 50, 100, 150, 200; 250 PSI  -  Hot Water to 0-250 PSI  to 450 deg F.

(Steam systems are available with integral or separate superheater to 1,000 deg F.)
